SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At Narayani Vastra, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Shipping Timeline
• All orders are processed and delivered within 10–15 working days (excluding Sundays & public holidays) under normal circumstances.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.


2. Shipping Process
• Orders are shipped through reputed third-party logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email & SMS.
• You can track your order through the logistics partner’s website or via the “My Orders” section on our website.


3. Delivery Conditions
• Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details, including landmarks.
• Narayani Vastra is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
• A maximum of 3 delivery attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the order may be cancelled at our discretion.


4. Shipping Coverage & Availability
• We currently deliver across select locations in India. Serviceability is confirmed via PIN code at checkout.
• If your location is not serviceable, the order will not be processed.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Prepaid Orders
• COD and prepaid options are available in select serviceable areas.
• Availability is determined based on your delivery PIN code at checkout.


6. Delays in Delivery

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
• Weather conditions
• Strikes, lockdowns, or political disruptions
• Natural disasters (force majeure events)
• Logistics partner delays

In such cases, we will keep you informed. Narayani Vastra is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.


7. International Shipping
• International orders are processed only after full payment is received.
• Delivery timelines for international orders are 10–15 working days.
• International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.


8. Damaged Package on Delivery
• If the package appears tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery immediately.

9. Reverse Logistics (Returns & Exchanges)
• Returns and exchanges are handled through third-party reverse logistics partners.
• Narayani Vastra is not liable for delays or issues caused by these partners.
• For detailed terms, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.


10. Wash Care Disclaimer
• We strictly recommend dry cleaning only for all our products.
• Any damage caused due to washing with water or improper care will be the customer’s responsibility.
• Narayani Vastra will not be liable for such damages.


11. General Disclaimer
• Shipping timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
• Narayani Vastra reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
