3. Return Policy
We do not offer monetary refunds on products once sold as a standard policy.
However, if a customer wishes to return an eligible product instead of opting for an exchange or store credit, a refund may be processed after deducting the original shipping charges and applicable payment gateway charges incurred for the order.
The product must meet all return eligibility conditions and pass our quality inspection before any refund is approved.
4. Exchange Policy
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Exchange is allowed once per order only.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• Customers are required to self-ship the product to our address.
• If a customer is unable to self-ship the product, we can arrange a reverse pickup service at a charge of ₹150 per outfit. Reverse pickup availability may vary depending on the serviceable location.
• The exchanged product will be dispatched after the returned item passes quality inspection.
Style & Value Exchange Rules:
• Exchanges must be for a product of equal or higher value.
• The full value of the original product must be utilized in the exchange.
• Partial usage with remaining balance as store credit is not permitted.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a gift card/store credit will be issued.
6. Refund Policy
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Refunds will only be processed after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved by our quality team.
• In case of approved returns, the refund amount will be processed after deducting the original shipping charges and applicable payment gateway charges.
• If Narayani Vastra arranges a reverse pickup, a charge of ₹150 per outfit will also be deducted from the refund amount.
• Any COD charges, shipping charges, payment gateway charges, or other non-refundable service fees will not be refunded.
• Refunds are only issued in eligible cases and at the sole discretion of management.
5. Store Credit (Gift Card) Policy
• In eligible cases, we issue a store credit valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
• Store credit cannot be extended beyond its validity period.
• Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
• If a customer uses a gift card for a purchase and the order value is lower than the available gift card balance, the remaining amount will either be issued as a new gift card/store credit or refunded to the customer, at the discretion of Narayani Vastra.
