1. Important Purchase Conditions
• Products purchased during sale or discount periods are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
• Products purchased using coupons or gift vouchers are not eligible for return or refund.
• Made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.
• International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
• We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart before placing an order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
• You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and supporting images.
• The product must be returned to us for verification.
• Upon approval, we will dispatch a replacement product at no additional cost.

3. Return Policy
We do not offer monetary refunds on products once sold.
However, eligible products may be exchanged as per the policy below.

4. Exchange Policy
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Exchange is allowed once per order only.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• Customers are required to self-ship the product to our address.
• The exchanged product will be dispatched after the returned item passes quality inspection.
Style & Value Exchange Rules:
• Exchanges must be for a product of equal or higher value.
• The full value of the original product must be utilized in the exchange.
• Partial usage with remaining balance as store credit is not permitted.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a gift card/store credit will be issued.

5. Store Credit (Gift Card) Policy
• In eligible cases, we issue a store credit valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
• Store credit cannot be extended beyond its validity period.
• Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

6. Refund Policy
• We do not offer cash refunds or bank refunds once a product is sold.
• Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of management.

7. Cancellation Policy
• Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
