Returns & Exchange

Narayani Vastra follows a friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of stress. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

1. Purchases made from sale or discounted section are non-returnable/ non-refundable. We advise you to go through the size chart before making a purchase.
2. Purchases made using coupons or gift vouchers are non-eligible for returns/ refunds. We advise you to go through the size chart before making a purchase.

Damaged/ incorrect item received:

1. In the event of a damaged item or an incorrect item you can send the item back to us with your order number. After we receive the defective/incorrect item, we shall send you a fresh piece.
2. The items which are made to order are not eligible for returns. The return & exchange policy of such items are clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

Return Policy:

1. We humbly don’t take returns on items once sold.
2. If the customer has any issue with the product delivered then they can request for a replacement in size or in style provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met.
3. We issue a gift card against the item returned which will be valid for a period of up to 3 months from the date of issuance.
4. In the event, the desired item requested in exchange is out of stock, we will issue a gift card valid up to 3 months from the date of issuance.

Exchange policy:

1. A request for exchange can be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. The items that are to be exchanged must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all its labels and tags intact, in their original packaging and eligible for exchange.
3. Please mention your name, address, number, email, and order id on the parcel along with the size/ style needed.
4. Please note that exchange is allowed once per order.
5. Style exchanges can be done for amount higher than the product for e.g. if I buy something for 10 then in exchange I can’t buy something for 5 and keep the rest in gift card. The entire amount has to be used at once.
6. Customer need to Self-Ship the product to us. Exchanged piece in the correct size will be made as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
2. COD orders can be cancelled within 24hrs of order. Please call us on +918076346991 or write to us at thenarayanivastra@gmail.com to request a cancellation.
